By creating an account or using HiveLog (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

HiveLog provides web-based tools for recording and organizing beekeeping records, including hive inspections, queen records, feeding, treatments, harvests, equipment, expenses and sales. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You own the records you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export your records as CSV files or print paper reports at any time, and you can delete your account and data whenever you wish.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to interfere with its operation, probing its security, uploading malicious content, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Beekeeping decisions remain your responsibility; records kept in HiveLog do not replace professional judgment or veterinary advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveLog and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms or extended inactivity. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
